No, on purpose. Tapers are a quiet object — they share the room with whatever you're cooking, the soap on your hands, the rain on the balcony.

One size, always. 24 cm tall, ⌀ 2.2 cm at the base — they fit any classic dinner-taper holder. Always cream — only the stickers (shape, size, colour) change from one taper to the next.

In the shop, candles are currently only sold as pairs — they're made and packed two at a time. For wholesale orders, candles can be bought by the single piece; see my wholesale page for terms.

No — and that is exactly the point. My tapers are chosen for a clean, drip-free burn so they hold their shape, keep your linens spotless, and let the wax stickers do the talking. Trim the wick to about 5 mm before lighting, keep the candle upright and out of a draft, and you'll have hours of a quiet, tidy flame.

Pressed wax sheets, hand-cut in the studio, then placed onto the candle one by one. They are part of the candle — not an adhesive — and burn down with it cleanly.

They melt with the candle, on schedule. Because they're wax (not paper or plastic) they don't smoke, char, or smell. The motifs simply soften and disappear into the pool.

Yes — I ship worldwide, and quote each order individually. Shop orders go to German addresses; for everywhere else, write to me. Inside the EU outside Germany I currently take wholesale, wedding and event orders only, because the EU packaging regulation requires a separate licence per country. Please ask anyway — I'd much rather say yes.

Yes, within 14 days of arrival, unburnt and stickers intact. Email me for a return label. Refund lands within five business days of the parcel reaching the studio.

Yes — for weddings, anniversaries, or large dinner tables, please write to me. Send a date, a rough count, and the motif you have in mind, and I'll come back with a small plan.
