Every order leaves the studio in Berlin within four working days, packed by hand.
Orders inside Germany go straight through the shop. Everywhere else, write to me — I ship worldwide and quote each order individually.
Inside the EU, outside Germany, I currently take wholesale, wedding and event orders only. The new EU packaging regulation (PPWR) means a separate licence for every country — I buy one as soon as there's enough demand from that country. This page gets updated as countries open up.
And please ask anyway. If you're not sure whether I can send to you, write to me before you give up. I'd much rather say yes — and if I can't yet, I'll note where you are.

All orders dispatched from my Berlin studio Monday to Friday. Shop orders go to all international and German addresses for small orders; EU delivery is available for larger orders on request.

Returns,
the easy way.
14 days
From the day your parcel arrives, you have two weeks to send it back.
One email
Write to hello@studiolaetitia.com with your order number. I reply within a working day with a return label.
Unburnt, please
Candles must arrive unused, with stickers intact. If a wick has been lit, I can't take it back.
Refund in 5 days
Once your parcel is back at the studio, I refund the full order to your original payment method.
just send a photograph. I'll send you a new one.
Weddings & large orders.
For weddings, anniversaries, or window displays — please get in touch. Send a date, a rough count, and the motif you have in mind, and I'll come back with a small plan.
