The angel is cut in one piece, wings and all, which makes it the slowest motif in the studio to produce — so it only comes in gold and silver, and only in a small winter run. Beautiful on a white tablecloth, better on a windowsill.

Details
How to burn
The wick comes already trimmed to the right length, so you can light it straight away. The motifs are cut from coloured wax and pressed on, not painted on — as the candle burns down, they soften and blend in. If you want to keep the last decorated section as a keepsake, blow it out with about 4 cm to go.
Care
Never leave a burning candle alone. Store your candles somewhere cool and dark — in a warm summer window, coloured wax softens and picks up fingerprints. If a taper warps slightly in transit, roll it gently between your palms for 30 seconds and it'll straighten.
